On Thursday, September 20th, Archbishop Papken visited the Rev. Richard R. Topping, PhD, at the Vancouver School of Theology. The Rev. Dr. Topping is the principal and professor of studies in the reformed tradition.
Prelate Tcharian was accompanied by the Very Rev. Fr. Karekin Shekherdemian, pastor of the St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church.
The meeting between the Archbishop and the principal came to the decision of commencing a collaboration between the school of Theology and the Armenian Prelacy of Canada, specifically a youth related project and an on-line certificate program.
