Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan details the war crimes and human rights violations committed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh. The daily shelling of civilian infrastructures, properties and cultural sites have resulted in massive damages. The use of cluster bombs and other prohibited munitions have caused over 38 deaths and resulted in displacement of 60% of the Artsakh population.
