A school in Stepanakert
According to Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of the Republic of Artsakh, by today, 58 schools opened their doors to the school year in the current districts of Artsakh. Here’s the number of schools operating in Artsakh:
• 25 schools in Martakert region
• 13 schools in Martuni district
• 20 schools in Askeran region
Students from Azerbaijani-occupied districts of Artsakh can attend their preferred school in Stepanakert or three other districts.
Currently, 58% of students and 72% of teachers have returned to Artsakh.
