Fr. Zareh Zargarian participates in Toronto’s ‘Why the Faith?’ tour

Archpriest Father Zareh Zargarian, Vicar and Parish Priest of the Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church of Toronto, was invited to be part of the panel discussion at St. Paul’s Bloor Street Church on June 16, 2022. The interactive presentation and discussion were part of the nationwide “Why the Faith?” tour, hosted by Cardus, a non-partisan, Christian think tank.

During the discussion, Fr. Zargarian shared his thoughts and replied to some questions about the challenges of being a faith leader. “The event was an important step toward how faith leaders can look ahead and be supported in the future,” read a part of a statement released by the Holy Trinity Armenian Church.

“Why the Faith?” features presentations across Canada that explore new data on the religious spectrum. The data, collected by the Angus Reid Institute in partnership with Cardus, illuminates key areas for Canada’s faith communities to consider as they look ahead to the future.

According to the organizers, the events have two key purposes: to share their findings and to learn from different faith leaders across the country.
